The Da Vinci Sustainable Building consists of three independent buildings connected together by the central core, which houses the services. The Da Vinci SB has been designed and built to meet the need for sustainability and low energy consumption. A number of design features allow significant reductions in operating costs, while at the same time improving the quality of life within the entire complex.

Strategically located between the centre of Rome and the city’s Fiumicino air-port, the Da Vinci Sustainable Building is the new business park in the metropolitan area to the South of the capital, which has sprung up around the new Rome Exhibition Centre during the last few years.
The surrounding area is rich in infrastructure such as Fiumicino international airport, and major retail, business and residential developments, including Parco Leonardo, Parco dei Medici and Commercity.
